Shannon is an Angelic Reiki Master Teacher, Galactic Reiki Practitioner and Sound healer who brings a deep passion and devotion to her practice.  Her approach combines Indigenous Caribbean practices, intuition, crystal healing, light language and messages from her guides, allowing her to tap into the profound healing vibrations of sound, Angelic and Galactic Reiki. Shannon holds a sacred space for her clients, allowing them to explore their emotions, find solace, and reconnect with their inner and higher selves.

 

In 2018 Shannon competed a degree in Sound Medicine, Sound Therapy, and Nāda yoga through the Vibroacoustic Therapy Association. I​n 2021 she was recognised as a Trinity Laban Ignite awardee and the award allowed her to create more immersive improvised soundscapes to create safe and transformative spaces for marginalised and underrepresented communities. Through the use of meditation, experimental music, music therapy, and trauma-informed practices, Shannon has a unique practice that brings balance, releases blockages, and promotes overall well-being.  ​ ​
