Shannon is an Angelic Reiki Master Teacher and Sound healer who brings a deep passion and devotion to her practice.  Her approach combines indigenous Caribbean practices, intuition, crystal healing, light language and messages from her guides allowing her to tap into the profound healing potential of sound and angelic reiki. By harnessing the vibrations of various instruments, including her large collection of Tibetan singing bowls, chimes, electronic sound and her own voice, she creates experiences that  resonate deep within the soul. She holds space for her clients, allowing them to explore their emotions, find solace, and reconnect with their inner and higher selves.

 

In 2018 Shannon competed a degree in Sound Medicine, Sound Therapy, and Nāda yoga through the Vibroacoustic Therapy Association. I​n 2021 she was recognised as a Trinity Laban Ignite awardee and the award allowed her to create more immersive improvised soundscapes to create safe and transformative spaces for marginalised and underrepresented communities. Through the power of meditation, experimental music, music therapy, and trauma-informed practices, Shannon has a unique practice that brings balance, releases blockages, and promotes overall well-being.  ​

Shannon is currently completing 200 hours in advanced embodied sound healing with the Embodied Sound School (Sean Delahay and Mollie-Anne Chinner).

Shannon never has a focus or structure for her sessions as each session is tailored to her clients individual needs the moment they walk through the door, ensuring a personalised and transformative experience.
