Shannon is an ardent healer who brings a deep passion and devotion to her practice. With a background in Angelic and Usui Reiki, she has mastered the subtle energies that flow through our bodies and has recently expanded her expertise by obtaining a degree in Sound Medicine, Sound Therapy, and Nāda yoga through the Vibroacoustic Therapy Association.

Her journey into the world of angelic reiki and sound healing began at the young age of 16 but it really kickstarted in 2021 when she was recognised as a Trinity Laban Ignite awardee. This prestigious honour allowed her to utilise her musical talents to create safe and transformative spaces for marginalised and underrepresented communities. Through the power of meditation, experimental music, music therapy, and trauma-informed practices, Shannon aims to empower individuals and uplift their spirits.
